Restocking Fees will be applied for all exchanges and will not be waived.

EXCHANGES: Only applies to orders consisting of BN27L located at the beginning of the stock number. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.

An in store credit less a 20% sanitization fee which does not include shipping will be issued. Exchanges must be returned within 5 working days of your confirmed delivery date.

COLORS NOT MATCHING YOUR HAIR COLOR DOES NOT WAVE THE RESTOCKING FEE

Even if you receive style/color help from Beautiful Naturally Wigs and Hair Pieces and the suggestions are not satisfactory, exchange fees and/or handling fees are not waived. Please choose carefully. By sending your own color swatch does not wave restocking fees if color sent does not match your own color. Most always a hair swatch is sent that is so small or thin that it is impossible to match the color appropriately. I do my very best to match client's swatches and do so correctly at 97% of the time. Blondes are the hardest to match when the sent color swatch is too small due to undertones in hair coloring. When a color swatch is sent, if I have questions regarding the color choice I always call the client first to further discuss color choice. In addition please be aware that colors shown on the color swatches pages vary from computer's monitor to monitor.

Duty Fees or Taxes. We are not responsible for duties or taxes charged by Customs for neither International deliveries nor delivery time. Out of USA deliveries must be tracked the purchaser once the item leaves USA.
