been following my website may have noticed that I have had to regretfully
increase my prices on some products and a few of our custom specialty items.
But then in conclusion, some prices have been lowered. As you are
well aware, the economic situation over the past year has been very difficult.
Rapidly rising energy and fuel costs in conjunction with the devaluation of
the U. S. Dollar against foreign currencies has put significant pressure on
all industries. At Beautiful
Naturally Wigs and Hairpieces, we wish that prices would never increase. Over
the past several years, I have incurred increased costs in many areas of
business. Although my prices have been maintained during this time, it is no
longer possible to continue to absorb all of the increased costs and is
necessary to implement a modest price increase. Since June
2008 I have been slowly changing prices as I update the website. I offer the
highest quality of products, synthetic fibers, 100% human hair and human hair
blends anywhere on the market. Numerous of my web clients have told me that
the quality I carry supersedes what they have purchased over the Internet from
other wigs and hairpieces businesses. This is an honest remark quote and not
one that I have concocted to win your business. I only retail for three
distributors and you just will not find 50 or more brands on my website.
Most product
increases have been just a few dollars, others have not changed or have been
reduced; while most of the human hair have increased about $3.00 to $10.00 and this is because the
quality of the human hair and human blends offered on this website have gotten
harder to come by; therefore, takes longer to obtain while followed through
with price increase from manufactures and through distributors.
Not just the
product's prices have increased but all across the board there have been
increases. My website
host has doubled his price to keep my website up and running. I do not wish to
change because his hosting reliability is the best and the support offered is
wonderful, I talk to someone in person in the U. S. and he speaks English in
addition promptly replies to my emails. He has walked me through several
problems I have had with FrontPage and other issues. Active_Server.Com in the
State of Washington. PayPal has
increased the monthly charges and percent rate I must pay for my clients to
pay for products on line using their charge card services several months ago.
Regardless if clients pay themselves on line or if they call and have me do
the charges for them. Distributor
postage shipping rates have been increased to to send my orders to me. Postage to
Foreign International Countries have increased drastically with each Country
being different postage rates. With this; I provided a link on the web pages
to the USPS website for International customers to calculate their own
postage. Thus, International customers will know I am not making postage
profit. I have had a few International purchasers pay the US postage price and
without even acknowledging my request for additional postage I needed to send.
However, I went ahead and sent the purchase with a postage loss which I cannot
continue to do. In addition to the International rates can I no longer send
items by Standard Mail as this has been discontinued to many Countries and
therefore I must send by Priority Mail. Also weight from 0 ounces to 1 Lb.
rate is the same. Postage for my
US customers has not increased even with the new postal rates. Again, I thank
you all and thank you for reading this message. I am extremely
proud of the exquisite quality products offered on this website and thankful
for the distributors in their uniqueness and allowing me to retail their
products on line.
