ONE OF THE MOST DIFFICULT TASKS WHEN PLACING AN ORDER ARE COLOR CHOICES:

I have several links of swatches to help with color choices. Even with these there seems to be a

problem concerning how to choose the correct hair color when ordering because colors show differently with each computer monitor.

Often, Many do not see their hair color for what it really is, this is most common over

the web and even in the salon. People either go with "what the color box reads" or what the

"Magazines describes as YOUR COLOR" and what they say it is.  

There are several methods you can use for accurate color choices.

I request that you do the following methods ONLY when you are purchasing from my website.

• Sending Your Own Hair Sample!

You may send your own hair sample or photo along with your order and payment using my mail in order form;

if you do not enclose a purchasing order payment, your swatches or photos will be returned back to you with an

unanswered color matching question. In other words, I will match your hair sample ONLY when you are making a

 purchase at the same time. Important Information on sending your hair sample is below.

• HOW TO SEND YOUR OWN HAIR COLOR SAMPLE

If you wish to cut a piece a of your own hair Sample to send: Please note the following.

This not as other web sites are instructing you do when sending your own hair sample.

Instructions:

1. I need it to be 1 and 1/2 or more inches long.  

2. You own hair swatch must come from the front or sides of your hair.

3. Many will send a piece of their hair from the back or under side of the head.

4.  These areas tend to be darker, and are not the areas of your head/hair you look at every time you look at your self.

Therefore: Please send the hair from an area of your hair that you actually want to match.

1. Repeat: Your own swatch must be the exact color you want us to match.

2. Using clear cellophane tape, tape the ends (that were closest to your scalp) to a white, unlined sheet

3. or piece of paper or stationary.

4. Tell me which end you want me to match. The end closet to the tape or closest to the ends of the hair.

Send a hair swatch from an old hairpiece or wig you are no longer using or are replacing,

it must be the same color that you wish me to match. Or send the entire piece that of

course will be returned to you with your shipped purchase.
