Your wig donation will personally be taken and hand delivered
directly to the
American Cancer Society located in Lynchburg, Virginia.
Often other American Cancer Society Offices will contact
the Lynchburg Office for needed wigs. They have been so
grateful for everyone's compassion.
To donate your wig, wig heads and wig products please do the following:
Must be a new or gently used condition and cleaned wig.
Send your wearable wig to:
Alice Hampton % Beautiful Naturally Wigs and hair Pieces.
PO Box 356 Rustburg, Virginia 24588
On the outside of the box kindly write "WIG DONATION"
(Please include your phone number, not required)
Send by USPS (typically less costly to mail)
Enclose inside of the box your name, address and email address.
Check back to this website to see your donation has been acknowledged as received.
You will receive a thank you letter from the American Cancer Society when the wigs are turned in. Please know that it may be a month or two until I deliver the wigs. I generally wait for several wigs to take in at a time that I have labeled, sized, and note the color for each wig. Then I pack them in large boxes to deliver. It is then your names and addresses will be given to the American Cancer Society. So, please do not fear that your donated wig has not been delivered if you do not hear from them right away.

Donated wigs are given free to those with cancer and
will experience hair loss with treatments.
Styles for all ages are needed.
The free wigs are for those without resources, Medical Insurance or
their Medical Insurance will not pay for their wig.
Medicare does not pay for wigs; termed better for
Cancer Patience as a Cranial Prosthetic.
